Syvilla Burden is Employee of the Month
Even though she has only been here a few months Syvilla Burden has already made a big impact at Jupiter Chevrolet. The soft spoken and likable Warranty Administrator is described as being “very efficient” by Service Manager Malcolm Simons and has been named February Employee of the Month.
Her job is to make sure that the dealership gets paid from General Motors on warranty claims from work in the Service Department. She has been doing it, and similar dealership roles, since she was 18 and says that her job is a “balancing act between the techs and advisors” and she enjoys it very much. The transplanted New Yorker (she was raised in the Niagara Falls area) loves it here and says that everyone at Jupiter Chevrolet is “real sweet”.
