One thing that all of our Employee of the Month winners appear to have in common is that they all do many things around the dealership.
Take this month’s winner Megan Zigler, see at right with Service Manager Malcolm Simons, for example. Her #1 job is a cashier for the Service & Parts Departments but she also sits in when needed at the receptionist desk and has even called customers to help CSI. “I’m here when I’m needed. It’s challenging but I like a challenge.” she says. The Houston native says, “Jupiter Chevrolet is a great place to work because it’s different in a good way”. Megan has worked at Jupiter for almost a year and says that she was “exasperated” to win employee of the month because it comes with “a cool parking spot for a month”.
