CONGRATULATIONS MICHAEL!!

Mr. Michael Matetich Jr. attended the Monthly Muscle Car Show last Saturday, April the 3rd. This car show is held at the Sonic Drive-In off of Custer in Plano on the first Saturday of the month starting this month through November. Michael entered the ’68 Camaro in the ’60′s Muscle Car Class. He also brought along one of the 2010 Inferno Orange Camaro 2SS’s.

And GUESS WHAT, the ’68 won BEST IN CLASS!! Conratulations Michael on your win. The thought and effort that you have put in your car payed off with the first showing. Also, congratulations and thanks to all of the Guys in the Service Department as well as the Body shop for all of their hard work and effort!!

JUPITER CHEVROLET AND PINK’S ALL OUT!!!

Jupiter Chevrolet entered the “PINK’S ALL OUT” Motorplex Championship where “PINK’S ALL OUT” returns to its birthplace on March 21st. This is where “PINKS ALL OUT” turns the national TV spotlight on the North Texas racer who can go ALL OUT to win the $18,000 cash prize and take the title of Motorplex Champion.

Jupiter Chevrolet entered the Second Chance Qualifying Race on Saturday March 15th.

Many Racers try out for the Final 32 spots for “PINK’S ALL OUT on March 21st. Racer’s made three qualifying attempts, and the 30 racer’s that made the most consistent runs were rewarded a spot.

placed 4th at the second “PINK’S ALL OUT” Second Chance Qualifier on March 15th in the Jupiter Chevrolet 1986 Camaro I-Roc.

Joe Boner, a Former Service Consultant to Jupiter Chevrolet placed 8th in the Jupiter Chevrolet 1968 Chevelle.

Well, congratulations Malcolm and Joe!!! All of Jupiter Chevrolet stands behind you in hopes that you bring home the $18,000 anty. Perhaps you will buy us lunch????

BATMAN WAS HERE!!!!

Batman was here at Jupiter Chevrolet last Saturday!!! What a blast we had when he was here!! He helped us by picketing the service road with a sign letting all know that we had free hot dogs and hamburgers for all. He spoke with customers upon entry and exit to the dealership, and he was even kind enough to take photo’s with the staff and the kiddies!!! He even came to my (Melissa Battle) rescue!!!

THANKS BATMAN, YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!

Cecil Savage, Snuggie extraordinare has started the Snuggie Trend!!! He’s even got his evil twin, Al Roker snuggled up with the rest of the crew from The Today Show in Snuggies!!! WOW Cecil, you Saavy Snuggie Trendsetter you!!! Pretty soon here we will be in Snuggies in the Save a Deal meeting!!

Dear Bobby, Terry, Melissa, and Cecil,

Thank you so much for the most stress-free car-buying experience ever! You all exhibited the perfect balance of friendly, sincere, “whatever it takes” attitude, without being the least bit pushy. You allowed me to set the pace.

When I first started my search (11 days ago), I started conversing with 9 different dealers, of 3 different makes/models. Cecil was one of only 3 dealers that consistently provided whatever feedback I requested, when I requested it. This is what put your dealership on my “short list”.

When I came in for a test drive, Cecil was gone, but he had already told me who would work with me, and I was left in very capable hands. I was greeted by Bobby, Terry, and Melissa quite eagerly. As Bobby went to get a test vehicle, Terry took the initiative to have my trade-in appraised while I was test driving, which saved me valuable time. During and after the test drive, Bobby and Terry answered all my questions, and Terry made me an offer that was hard to refuse. Nonetheless, I said that I still had another test drive to do, and I had to discuss it all with my wife. Nobody tried to “bar the door”, as so many dealers do, fearing that I would not return. That to me showed great confidence in your product, as well as trust in my word that I would give your offer fair consideration.

After talking to my wife, my requirements changed somewhat unexpectedly (even to me), but that was no problem to you. When I made you an offer, we did not even “haggle”. You took it, and we were off.

Through the whole process, everyone remained extremely friendly, helpful, and patient, as I was somewhat of a stickler of doing things cautiously, to make sure things were done right. The vehicle had to be brought from another dealer, and the ice storm kind of slowed things down a bit, but we all exercised that patience and worked together to “get the job done”.

As a result of it all, I am a proud owner of a new car that is better than what I had originally hoped, at a price that was lower than I originally planned. When I brought it home, the family was thrilled, too. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Suffice it to say that when I receive your Customer Satisfaction Survey, I will have no difficulty whatsoever in marking everything “completely satisfied”.

Mr. Bradley Stansberry and family are the proud new owners of a 2009 Tahoe Hybrid.

And guess how……

TXU Energy held a Holiday Sweepstakes where the winner would win a new 2009 Tahoe Hybrid. Mr. Stansberry casually entered the sweepstakes, not expecting much as the rest of us wouldn’t have.

The odds in this sweepstakes were 1 in 200,000, which is not that bad, but on the other hand is not that fantastically great either.

Well guess what! Mr. Stansberry happened to be that 1 in 200,000. When he got the call that he was the winner, he did not believe the person that he was speaking with. His wife did not believe it either. It took a little convincing for the Stansberry’s to believe that it was legitimate. After much convincing, they finally believed that they won.

He even got the opportunity to be on “Good Morning Texas” as a result of the sweepstakes winning.

The irony is that it was due time for this family of five to get into a new vehicle, considering that the one they had was 13 years old.

Congratulations to the Stansberry family, and welcome to the General Motors Family!!!
